Rental Guidelines

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or on the premises. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, and hookahs.

  2. Pets are NOT allowed.

  3. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property.  Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.  Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. Mximum occupancy 6.

  4. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.

  5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

  6. The concrete patio lakeside of this property is NOT part of our property.

  7. Only use appliances for their intended uses

  8. PARKING – Parking is limited to passenger vehicles. Owner  may permit campers or travel trailers for an additional fee. You may bring your boat for the duration of your stay.

  9. Housekeeping:  There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. All dishes must be put in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher run prior to check-out. Please take all used linens off beds and put dirty towels in the laundry baskets.

  10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located on the side of house. At the end of each stay garbage must be collected and taken out to the trash cans.

  11.  Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or wet wipes should be flushed at anytime (even if they say “flushable wipes”). 

  12. The trampoline and Zip line are to be used at the sole risk of the guest. Owner is not liable for any injuries related to the use of the zip line or trampoline.

  13. There is room to bring your boat. The gravel driveway is double-wide. Campers and travel trailers are not permitted except with the express permission of the host. Additional fee will be assessed.

  14. You will receive a door code the week of your arrival. This will be timed to your visit. Check in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11am.

  15. We do have a ring doorbell at the property. This records who is going in and out of the property. It will be active during your stay but only records people at that door.
